BTS is a professional service firm comprised of degreed staff from the fields of Architecture, Engineering, Accounting, Financing, Education, Law and Bond, and Bank Underwriter.  BTS provides technical consulting services to owners of major construction projects and procurement programs.  These services enable the expansion of the bonding and banking capacity of small businesses and disadvantaged firms.  In conjunction with these services, BTS targets specific projects and identifies bidding opportunities for its pool of participants.  Since 1980, the Firm has managed small business programs with construction values exceeding $6 billion throughout nine states.  Current projects have produced more than 600 surety bond placements with a collective construction value of $115 million.  The program represents access to more than $2 billion of contractible opportunities and has generated over 600 contract awards totaling more than $120 million.
